Unique 2-pc design allows for pressure isolation and removal of regulator for maintenance. Unique 3-pc design allows for pressure isolation and removal of regulator for maintenance. Integrated design with powder coated zinc alloy cast regulator design significantly reduces cost, potential leak points and is ideally suited for installations where space may be limited. Locking lever handle for ball valve is standard.

90 Series mini ball valves are constructed with a low-cost cast body design, all sizes incorporate a “full bore” body and low torque design, valves are bagged in cleanroom, locking handles are optional.

80 Series mini 1-pc ball valves are constructed out of bar stock, unique injection molded TFM 1600 low dead space seat eliminates multiple seal points, requires higher torque to operate. Bagged in cleanroom.

PW-HB Series hose barb fittings are manufactured with Push-lok style hose barbs (which requires no hose clamp) for ¼” thru 1” and king nipple style (hose clamp design) for 1-1/2” thru 2”. Evans offers a wide range of hose barb fitting configurations. Hose barb x ANSI flange, reducing tees, manifolds, ball valves, etc.

SN Series valves are designed with a “true bore” port, cavity free PTFE seats, ISO 5211 mounting pad for air operation and live loaded stem packing are standard. The valves are ASME/BPE compliant and come with fractional & ISO size connections. Cleaned and bagged in cleanroom.

FR Series 316SS “Fire Rated” 3-PC Ball Valves, API 607 approved. Valves come standard with upstream vented ball, cavity free RTFE seats, ISO actuator mounting pad, optional purge ports/valves. Cleaned/bagged in cleanroom.

The SV Series valves are designed with a “true bore” I.D. design. Stem seal is live loaded with bevel springs which compensates for stem wear. The SV valve provides leak tight vacuum shut-off to a helium leak rating of 1 x 10-8 scc/sec. All these design features along with secondary upper O-ring stem seal makes this valve ideal of vacuum applications.

Evans DM Series purge tools provide an economical, reliable, compact solution for manifolding UHP Argon purge gas. Manifold is machined out of solid block, eliminating multiple NPT/mechanical connections which reduces cost and eliminates potential leakage which can cause discoloration/contamination of the weld. All purge tools are helium leak tested to 1 x 10-9 scc/sec and guaranteed to a dry down rate of less than 10 ppb.

Evans DM Series purge station incorporates a purifier that provide P.O.U. purification of utility grade Nitrogen. Use of purified Nitrogen for blow down, line qualification and trickle purge save in excess of 10-times the cost when compared to using Argon.

Evans purge metering manifold design incorporates a one-piece all welded manifold eliminating additional mechanical connections thus making the assembly more robust and economical. Reduction of mechanical connections reduces the risk of leakage which can cause decolorization and contamination during welding/purge process.

PW Series union transition fittings use a flat face O-ring sealing surface that cannot be damaged from over-tightening. These fittings provide for a robust, reliable transition from PVC/CPVC to Stainless, PVC/CPVC to hose, and Stainless Pipe to PVC/CPVC.

PW Series stainless bi-dicator incorporates both temperature/pressure readout in one device, thus eliminating the need to install additional fittings and gauges. The design reduces overall installed cost and potential leak points and is ideally suited for Process Cooling Water applications.

PW Series regulator offers a lower cost, more compact design vs. PVC regulators currently offered on the market. The nickel-plated body is I.D. treated with Evans’ proprietary PWEA® wetted surface treatment that prevents stress corrosion cracking in aggressive water applications.
