Semiconductor

Evans helped to transform the Semiconductor market with the introduction of the industries first High Purity Stainless Steel Ball valve in 1993. We then went on to introduce "game changing" advances in process cooling water (PCW) with our proprietary corrosion resistant integrated supply/return tool hook-up assemblies, CFOS grade integrated gas sticks and "pulled tee" UHP/CFOS & PCW lateral manifolds. These innovative assemblies reduced foot print, cost and install times which falls right in line with the industry creed: Smaller, Faster and Cheaper. We are always ahead of the industry curve by tirelessly working with our customers to provide targeted solutions and not just parts.

Data Center

Traditional air-cooling systems are no longer sufficient for today’s industry. More advanced technologies are entering the market stage, demanding more efficient and powerful data centers. R4i laterals are fabricated using a pulled-tee method then welded, tested and packaged in a class 10 cleanroom environment. This method of fabrication reduces the number of welds typically required by over 65%. Cost, time pressure and lack of skilled labor combined with ever increasing demands on high quality gas systems call for new ways of cooperation. Drilling and collaring combined with proprietary welding technology reduces overall costs by over 30%.

SN Series Sanitary (3-pc 316L SS Ball Valves)

SN Series valves are designed with a “true bore” port, cavity free PTFE seats, ISO 5211 mounting pad for air operation and live loaded stem packing are standard. The valves are ASME/BPE compliant and come with fractional & ISO size connections. Cleaned and bagged in cleanroom.

SV Series Vacuum Rated (3-pc 316SS Ball Valves)

The SV Series valves are designed with a “true bore” I.D. design. Stem seal is live loaded with bevel springs which compensates for stem wear. The SV valve provides leak tight vacuum shut-off to a helium leak rating of 1 x 10-8 scc/sec. All these design features along with secondary upper O-ring stem seal makes this valve ideal of vacuum applications.

Manifold is machined out of solid block, eliminating multiple NPT/mechanical connections which reduces cost and eliminates potential leakage which can cause discoloration/contamination of the weld. All purge tools are helium leak tested to 1 x 10-9 scc/sec and guaranteed to a dry down rate of less than 10 ppb.
