30 Series mini 3-pc ball valves are constructed with an economical 304SS cast body design, all sizes incorporate a “full bore” body, locking lever style or butterfly handles are optional. Bagged in cleanroom.
Evans currently offers the widest range of sizes, end connections, and configurations of high purity ball valves on the market.
PW-HB Series hose barb fittings are manufactured with Push-lok style hose barbs (which requires no hose clamp) for ¼” thru 1” and king nipple style (hose clamp design) for 1-1/2” thru 2”.
FR Series 316SS “Fire Rated” 3-PC Ball Valves, API 607 approved. Valves come standard with upstream vented ball, cavity free RTFE seats, ISO actuator mounting pad, optional purge ports/valves. Cleaned/bagged in cleanroom.
The SV Series valves are designed with a “true bore” I.D. design. Stem seal is live loaded with bevel springs which compensates for stem wear. The SV valve provides leak tight vacuum shut-off to a helium leak rating of 1 x 10-8 scc/sec. All these design features along with secondary upper O-ring stem seal makes this valve ideal of vacuum applications.

PW Series union transition fittings use a flat face O-ring sealing surface that cannot be damaged from over-tightening. These fittings provide for a robust, reliable transition from PVC/CPVC to Stainless, PVC/CPVC to hose, and Stainless Pipe to PVC/CPVC.
PW Series stainless bi-dicator incorporates both temperature/pressure readout in one device, thus eliminating the need to install additional fittings and gauges. The design reduces overall installed cost and potential leak points and is ideally suited for Process Cooling Water applications.
PW Series regulator offers a lower cost, more compact design vs. PVC regulators currently offered on the market. The nickel-plated body is I.D. treated with Evans’ proprietary PWEA® wetted surface treatment that prevents stress corrosion cracking in aggressive water applications. When manufacturing manifolds, Evans “pulled-tee” technology in combination with our proprietary automated tungsten arc welding eliminates the need for using multiple tee’s thus reducing cost, dead leg, and improving overall quality. Quick turn 3D design drawings can be supplied in STEP, dwg, idw, or Revit formats upon request.
