Semiconductor

Evans helped to transform the Semiconductor market with the introduction of the industries first High Purity Stainless Steel Ball valve in 1993. We then went on to introduce "game changing" advances in process cooling water (PCW) with our proprietary corrosion resistant integrated supply/return tool hook-up assemblies, CFOS grade integrated gas sticks and "pulled tee" UHP/CFOS & PCW lateral manifolds. These innovative assemblies reduced foot print, cost and install times which falls right in line with the industry creed: Smaller, Faster and Cheaper. We are always ahead of the industry curve by tirelessly working with our customers to provide targeted solutions and not just parts.

Data Center

Traditional air-cooling systems are no longer sufficient for today’s industry. More advanced technologies are entering the market stage, demanding more efficient and powerful data centers. UHP Series Prefab Electropolish Laterals (UHP Valve Custom Manifolds)

R4I (Ready for Installation) Pre-fab manifolds are designed to meet all UHP cleanliness specifications. R4i laterals are fabricated using a pulled-tee method then welded, tested and packaged in a class 10 cleanroom environment. This method of fabrication reduces the number of welds typically required by over 65%. Cost, time pressure and lack of skilled labor combined with ever increasing demands on high quality gas systems call for new ways of cooperation. Drilling and collaring combined with proprietary welding technology reduces overall costs by over 30%.
